Ship and get paid
Accept orders, ship with a tracking number. Card payments are paid out after delivery and the return window; for cash on delivery you collect the cash.
Not allowed: antiquities (or items presented as genuine antiquities), coral, shells, turtle shell, ivory and other protected species, weapons, drugs, counterfeit brands. Listings that look like these are held for review.
Buyer protection and rules
- Buyers can open a complaint or return request within 14 days of delivery. The shop answers in time, or the platform decides.
- Reviews come only from buyers who received the item, once per item. Shops can't remove them; they can reply in public.
- For card payments the platform holds the money until delivery and the end of the return window, then pays the seller's net. For cash on delivery the seller collects the money and owes the commission.
- Anyone can report a listing. Listings that break the rules are suspended, and so are shops that keep breaking them.
- Delivery is inside Egypt only for now; each shop ships its part with a tracking number.
- Preliminary note: these are operating rules, not legal advice; they are subject to review by a qualified professional before full launch.
Modern replica — not an antiquity. Egyptian law forbids selling or exporting antiquities.
